1. Who we are

Keelio ("we", "us", "our") is a personal expense tracking app available on Android and iOS. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over that data.

2. Data we collect

Account data — when you sign in we receive from Google or Firebase Auth:

• Email address
• Display name (if provided)
• Profile photo URL (if provided via Google sign-in)
• A unique user ID

Expense data — the information you enter or record:

• Expense title, amount, category, and date
• Budget limits you set per category

Voice recordings — when you use the voice feature:

• Your voice audio is recorded on-device and sent to Google's Gemini API for transcription and parsing
• The audio is not stored by us — it is processed and immediately discarded
• The parsed result (title, amount, category) is stored as your expense data

We do not sell your data. We do not serve ads. We have no data broker relationships.
